One Asia Cup: -
(a) Players will need to participate in events organized by official operators involved in the One Asia Cup. Players to be governed by the terms and conditions set by these operators. These terms and conditions can be event specific or overriding rules.
The Promoter is Infocomm Asia Holdings Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore and having its registered office at 28 Maxwell Road, red dot traffic #04-01 Singapore 069120 ("
Promoter
").
This tournament is open to all participants who are aged 15 or above. Employees of the Promoter and/or its related companies and/or any agencies associated with the Tournament, and members of their respective immediate families*, are not eligible to participate in the Tournament ("
Eligible Participant
"). *"Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural, or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee. The registrant agrees that he is full eligible for the tournament through his signing up with the promoter. Each individual can only sign up once. Additional eligibility requirements might be imposed by individual operators for participants of different regions. Proper identification documents must be presented upon request to certify the nationality and age of the participants. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that such documents are brought along and presented. Failure to present these documents could result in disqualifications.
The Promoter will issue instructions on game play, mandatory game settings, game controller settings and rules ("
Game Rules
") at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of these Qualifiers. The Game Rules will be made available on the Promoters website at

. It is the sole responsibility of participants to familiarise themselves with the Game Rules. Questions can be directed to the Tournament Director at

. Participants must, in participating in this Tournament, comply with these Official Rules, the Game Rules and with all directions and instructions of the Tournament Director.
The player must kick-off with backward pass at the beginning of each half and after every goal is scored.
During a corner kick, players are not allowed to shoot the ball directly from the spot straight into goal. Players are also not allowed to cross the ball into the 6 yard goalkeeper box. Players are only allowed to cross the ball into the 6 yard box if a short corner is done. Any goals resulting from the above mentioned scenario shall be disallowed.
Players are not allowed to score a goal from a computer taken free kick.
Time-play is forbidden.
It is forbidden to make a throw in directly into the opponent's penalty area. Should a player throw the ball directly into the opponent's penalty area he shall be warned. Should he persist, he shall be disqualified from the tournament. Any goals resulting from a throw in into the opponent's penalty area shall be disallowed.
Kicking Ball Outside After Every Pause (FairPlay) It is strictly forbidden to switch strikers to disrupt opponents man-marking. Both players should be able to arrange the men-marking before the match starts. Men-marking must be allowed during the game without switching strikers. If a player changes his tactics, formation or lineup he has to kick the ball out of bounds that his opponent is able to react. After both players have done their settings the ball gets back to the first player.
Any player may be disqualified immediately from this Tournament at the discretion of the Promoter for any failure to comply with these Official Rules, the Game Rules or any directions or instructions of the Tournament Director, or for any cheating, including:
using any cheats, hacks or other 3rd party "helper" applications in playing games;
intentionally disconnecting from the Internet during any game;
colluding with other players in playing games; or
taking advantage of known exploits in the game (NB. it is the responsibility of players to understand and avoid all current illegal exploits).
Abusive or disorderly behavior, including any use of harassing, negative, or profane language online, will not be tolerated and will also constitute grounds for immediate disqualification.
In the event of a disqualification, due to intentional withholding of information affecting eligibility or any other reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to present the prizes to the next qualified winner.
Except with the written consent of the Promoter, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash Prizes cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether to provide such consent and is under no obligation to provide any reasons to any person for providing, or withholding, consent.
If a Prize, or any part of a Prize, is "cash", the "cash" will be paid by cheque drawn in favour of the relevant Prize winner.
In the event that any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with cash or something of equal or greater value.
In signing up for this Tournament, each participant authorises the Promoter to use, publish and display his or her name and likeness and any footage, recordings and/or photographs of him or her recorded or taken during this Tournament, or any reproduction or modification thereof, in any manner and medium throughout the world for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition and any other lawful purpose.
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Winner receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to deduct any taxes owing in respect of such Prize from any cash amounts payable, to the extent applicable.
By signing up for this Tournament each participant assumes sole liability for any personal injury and/or damage to property caused or claimed to have been caused to him or her as a result of or in connection with participating in this Tournament and/or any Prize.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
inaccurate sign up information,
purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, or incomplete
any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any communication network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software,
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,
unauthorised human intervention in any part of this Tournament,
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of this Tournament,
any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by any participant or any other person as a result of or in connection with participation in this Tournament and/or any Prize, howsoever caused;
any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in connection with this Tournament.
These Official Rules do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights or remedies a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.
If for any reason this Tournament are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Tournament, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who may benefit form such tampering, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Tournament.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS TOURNAMENT, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Privacy
Participant personal information ("
PI
") will be collected in accordance with the Promoter's
Privacy Policy
to enable the Promoter to administer and promote these Qualifiers and its Winners and, if a participant consents, may be used to market its products and services to the participant. The PI of Winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers. If a Finalist does not truthfully provide all requested personally identifiable information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a Prize.
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for the resolution of any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Tournament.
